  2. Mindful Language: Be mindful of the language you use. Avoid using offensive or hurtful words. Remember, words have the power to heal or harm.

  3. Three-Strike Rule: We understand that we're all human and can sometimes react impulsively. However, we encourage everyone to use language consciously. If a member receives three strikes for abusive or disrespectful behavior, they may face temporary or permanent suspension, depending on the severity of the incidents.

  4. Boundaries: Respect personal boundaries. If a member expresses a boundary or requests not to be contacted, please honor their wishes. Consent and communication are key to maintaining a respectful community.

  5. Clear Communication: When initiating contact with a new member, kindly state your intentions. Clear communication fosters understanding and avoids misunderstandings.

  6. No Hate Speech or Discrimination: BBA.Learning has a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, discrimination, or any form of harassment based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, or any other characteristic. Such behavior will result in immediate suspension.

  7. Support and Learning: Our community is built on the foundation of personal growth and support. Share your experiences, insights, and knowledge to help each other grow. Constructive feedback is encouraged.

  8. Reporting: If you encounter any behavior that violates our kindness policy, please report it to our moderation team. We're here to ensure a positive experience for all members.
